Winsor Jenkins

Winsor Jenkins Guest Lecturer

Winsor Jenkins is a recognized thought leader in leadership, team development, coaching, collaboration, and workplace culture. Across more than three decades as a senior-level leader in three publicly traded manufacturing companies, he played a pivotal role in developing leaders and strengthening team performance. His work reflects a deep understanding of the demands placed on leaders in today’s digital age, where team-based applications and collaborative environments continue to expand. His passion for helping people move beyond win‑lose thinking toward win‑win solutions led him to write The Collaborator in 2008, a book that introduced an innovative framework for team collaboration and earned the 2009 Axiom Business Book Award (Bronze Medal) in International Business.

After designing a comprehensive leadership development program as VP of Human Resources—integrating his collaboration framework and the Polaris® Competency Model—Winsor transitioned from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship in 2014, launching his consulting and coaching practice focused on collaborative leadership. He later co-developed The Collaboration Game, contributed the “Collaboration” chapter to ATD’s Focus on Them, and authored Game of Teams, which received two Silver Medals in 2025. A certified coach through the Hudson Institute and the International Coaching Federation, Winsor is trained in multiple assessment tools and leadership programs. A U.S. Air Force veteran, he now resides in Meridian, Idaho, continuing his mission to help leaders and teams thrive through collaboration.
